The car was dropped off before I went to work and it was ready to pick up when I had finished. Perfect for my needs.

Car in for MOT and engine warning light previous week. Back 6/10/2011 for full service and work on brakes as advised following MOT, also for fitting of oxygen sensor relating to engine warning light. No complaints regarding customer service. Invoice total was as discussed prior to work being done. Have used garage before but not for several years.

Appear to have 'lost' my locking wheel nut although the mechanic says they did not actually use it! Full search of car with staff (Negative) with a later search of the garage being promised (Am awaiting an update in the next day or so). Otherwise, I have no adverse comments about this garage & feel that I would use it again - it is one of the few 'independent specialists' for my citroen.

We have always been satisfied with the work carried out by this garage. They take the trouble to explain things clearly.

It was comforting to feel, as we did, that we were in the hands of proffessionals, and that the work needed would be carried out efficiently and at a competetive cost.

An excellent family run garage. Very efficient , friendly and professional, always managing to complete any work to my satisfaction at a cost that is fantastic. I went there on a recommendation by another garage a few years ago and now take both my cars for servicing, mot and any other work. They always keep me fully informed of what is happening and have never failed to fix any problem. Have recomended to friends who are also pleased with the level of service found. It is a garage that you do not often find these days and is a credit to the trade. A huge difference to dealing with the franchise garages for servicing and I will be using them for many years to come.

Brilliant - as good as that!! Have dealt with Ushers for 23 years. If there ever is cause for complaint it is sorted immediately. There cannot be a better/fairer garage in the business.

Ushers are great - they've been looking after this car since it hit the road in 1990. It's had three owners but the same garage - says it all!

Ushers are a top class garage giving excellent friendly service at a reasonable price. I have used them for many year & have never been disappointed. After a service or MOT they tell me about anything that is starting to wear & will need to be closely looked at either after xxx number of miles or at the next service. I would recommend them to anyone.

i have been using usher garage for about 7 years now . they are very profesonal and have always done an excellant job on all my cars.even when my curtesy car didnt turn up they paid for my taxi home. garages that provide this level of service are hard to find these days and will always get my vote.
