Great quality of paint job/repair to rectify unsatisfactory repair work previously carried out by a different repairer. Great customer service and communication while work was ongoing. Final invoice exactly the same as estimate. Additional questions answered well. Overall, a company which instills trust and quality through not only their staff but also the work carried out.

Additional work became necessary and this situation was handled sensitively and well by VRS. A lot of thought was given to the best way to resolve the problems without increasing the cost too much and overall a satisfactory result was achieved. I felt that VRS went out of their way to help me.
