Excellent customer service offered. I had concerns about using a main dealer as I expected them to be more expensive and looking for additional work to be done. However this is the 3rd time I have used the garage - 2 services and MOT. Twice no additional work was required- so was basic MOT and service charge. Very friendly not intimidating as I have found so many other garages as a female.

This is my first time in dealing with this garage as I normally take my vehicle to Arnold Clark Volkswagen. However, I was very impressed with the price and the work was completed within my requested time frame which was important to me. I found the staff very friendly and not overbearing and would have no hesitation of recommending this garage to other car users. Arnold Clark, you should take note of a serious competitor and benchmark this garage!

garage and staff can not be more helpful. i am a novice car owner and feel at ease asking the silliest of questions if i do not understand the tech jargon. they call you and update through out the day extra work is explained and price agreed before work is done.i like the preliminary print outs you receive of car repairs that need to be looked at and they advise on a timescale to have them fixed. 1st time user of the garage and will continue to use and they deserve to be rewarded for great all round service.

Excellent to deal no hassle no pressure and explained all very clearly. Highlighted future work that may be required to be carried out during thebefore MOT and provided a written quote for all the was to be done. Highly recommended and would certainly return for futher repairs/service.

I have been using this garage for well over 20 years now, for both my car and my husbands car ,and have found the overall service and customer satisfaction to be excellent. Their attention to detail from initial enquire, to the handover, to the handback process continually gets better, and I will continue to use them going forward. I am also happy that they have a "reminder" service, so that when your MOT or Service is due, they give you a courtacy call in advance to make you aware, and plan for the bookings etc..

The work above was repair and respray of scraped bodywork and therefore not covered by any warranty. The final result leaves the car looking as if it has just left the showroom!

Could take our car to a garage much nearer to our home, but everyone in this garage are so polite and helpful, we will always return to it for any work we need done to our car, they are so helpful.

When I contated service reception to arrange for my vehicle to be serviced I was advised by a member of staff of a special offer available regarding vehicle breakdown recovery and the price of the work to be completed. When vehicle was dropped off to be serviced a member of staff confirmed my contact telephone number. During the course of the day I was contacted by a member of staff to advise that my vehicle required 2 front tyres as tread was below minimum legal requirement and that wiper blades were worn. I was advised of cost to replace them and agreed to have necessary work completed. When I collected vehicle a member of staff went through the invoice in detail and advised that a slight oil leak had been detected from gearbox area but I was reassured that no remedial work was required and that it would be rechecked at next service. Total cost of work was as previously agreed. Vehicle had been washed and interior vacumed. I have used W Livingstone several times in the past and will continue to use them in the future as reception staff are professional and courteous and I have every confidence in the expertise of the technicians who carry out the necessary work.

Car went in for major service and timing belt change, with genuine SEAT parts. Was advised it needed a aux belt, which was additional cost, but didn't use genuine parts for this. Furthermore, our car came out with a chip out the door. Spoke to service manager and wasn't willing to accept it was done there, and was wanting to charge £200+ for repair!!!

i HAVE BEEN BUYING NEW CARS FROM THIS GARAGE FOR 18 YEARS AND WAS HAPPY TO DRIVE FOR AN HOUR TO HAVE CAR SERVICED BY THEM TOO. AS A WAITING CUSTOMER I WAS WELL LOOKED AFTER WITH COFFEE AND 'CHAT' AND WOULDN'T CONTEMPLATE GOING ELSEWHERE TO BUY OR SERVICE A SEAT CAR.

No problems. I have been a customer of this garage for some years and haven't fallen out with them yet. The customer facing staff are pleasant and helpful and Mr Livingstone's door is always open...just in case!

Repeated reminder phone calls received after I had booked to have the recommended work done. 'Quality of work' cannot really be judged except by another mechanic!
