Although a little costly the work carried out ant the customer service / friendliness etc is of a very high standard by well experienced staff..

The garage staff were very helpful, they even washed my car for me!

Warton Hall Garage is not my nearest Vauxhall specialist but was recommended by a friend , offers good service and is cheaper. I've answered no to the question on agreed timescale only because they said they would aim to have the work completed before lunch. They failed, but an aim is not a promise. They phoned late morning to apologise and explain that they had got behind but would definitely have the car ready by 3pm, which they did.

During this service, Warton Hall pointed out that the rear OS brake disc and pads were exhibiting excessive wear (mileage 24672) - the rear NS being perfectly acceptable. I approached the local dealership with a view to making a warranty claim, and was told that I must pay one hour's labour charge to cover examining the car. I declined and spoke in the dearship to the Vauxhall customer care line who reiterated the need to pay. I eMailed Vauxhall customer care expressing my disappointment with the situation; I was telephoned the next day but received the same message. I returned to Warton Hall and had the repair carried out at my cost. Not very happy with Vauxhall - a very small amount of goodwill would have retained my loyalty to them.

I have used Warton Hall for years, and prefer them to my local Vauxhall dealer; they talk a great deal of good sense and their labour costs are reasonably reasonable. While my car has a warranty, I went to Warton Hall rather than pay the requested one hour's labour charge at the local dealership to have the fault verified as a warranty repair. The cost to examine the car and then only be in a position to haggle over warranty Vs wear and tear at the dealership, would have been one third of the total cost to actually carry out the repair at Warton.

I live in scotland but my parents live locally and the team at the garage fitted my car in and there was no problem at all. I wish that I had a garage like this near me at home because I would feel that I was getting value for money and a proper customer service. I would like to thank the people at the garage for the work they do and make you feel welcome.

Warton Hall Garage is an outstanding business that offers excellent customer service and regularly goes beyond the required levels of commitment to its clients in order to ensure that a first rate job is done. The Garage has provided us with vehicles for a number of years and would never consider going anywhere else for sales, services or repairs. We have and frequently do recommend the garage to friends and family. It's good to get the opportunity to tell someone else just how goos they are!

COMPLETLY SATISFIED

Booked car in for MOT and service, but upon arrival they said they had no record of the car being booked in for a service. This however, was no problem to them and the work was carried out to their usual high standard. It was only a wiper blade that needed replacing, so I would not have expected them to have contacted me asking for permission to change this. I highly recommend this garage and it is local to me, which is very important.

I have been a regular customer of this Vauxhall specialist dealer for over 15 years in spite of the fact that they are further away from where I live than other garages in Lancaster. Excellent personnel at this garage, both on the front desk and mechanics themselves who can be talked to giving their own opinions on what can be done to rectify the fault. In fact, the chief mechanic spent his own time looking on the computer what could be the problem. We were kept informed during the time the garage had the car what was happening. Highly recommended as a caring local garage who had your best interests at heart - something unique these days!

I can't rate this garage highly enough: they are quick, efficient, explain everything carefully, and on top of that they are friendly and welcoming. I bought my car here, and they know it and look after it, right down to doing the tyre pressure for me. I trust them implicitly and wouldn't go anywhere else.

'Very good' does not go anywhere near defining the work and operation of this small, local garage. They are, without doubt, exceptional in all areas of work, customer relations, communication, professionalism and quality of service! I would recommend that customers, with any car, would be wise to travel distances to get the work done at Warton Hall Garage. The local people have been using them for years - after all, when you go into a pub, you are always assured the best pint if you ask what the locals drink!!

Being female you tend to be a little cautious when you have to take your vehicle in to a garage for repair,for the fear of being,'ripped off',but I must say that Warton Hall Garage have always been upfront and honest with me and have always managed to do any repairs that I've needed, promptly.
