Friendly Family Garage and I felt completely trust worthy. I had a very good experience with all works explained and I will recommend to other people. The bill and parts ordered and used plus costs were explained to me. I will have no hesitation in going back to Welbeck Service Station again. I had previously used the main dealer for my service and repairs but I will use WSS as rest of my family will do and thank you to all of the staff for a good job done.

Always friendly, helpful and honest, explain everything clearly, All my family go there and if it is not worth repairing they will tell you, did this with my mother's car. I have called in before asked them to look at a problem they have sorted it and not charged me. If they do charge they are very reasonable and you can go in anytime and they will look at anything on the car for you without a charge. They do not make feel stupid for only knowing the basics of the car. I went in once at closing with a flat tyre, they replaced it straight away and did the tracking and charged me £40.00. You can't get better than that for service.

The garage identified a serius problem with a very damaged part that was part of the steering that could have resulted in me having a major accident. they saw this problem while doing the other work i had asked for. They phoned me up to inform me what they found straight away and i told them to do the extra work I am so very grateful for this and have thanked them accordingly. From the initial booking to to going to collect my car the staff were so very helpful. I will continue to use them for years to come.

The garage staff were very friendly and helpful from the initial phone call when i booked the service and also when i went to pay. They explained all the work carried out and suggested some more work i should have done (which i am going to have). I am very satisfied with the work carried out and the price and would recommend anybody to go there for work required on their vehicle. Everything was excellant.
