I have nothing but praise for West Exe Motors, nothing was too much trouble. I had to take my ill wife to Exeter hospital for a head scan after a stroke and West Exe Motors loaned me a car at short notice. I would recommend them to anybody .

As always the quality of service at this garage is excellent. They will never undertake additional work without confirming with me first. The quality of service is reflected by the fact I have been a customer with them for coming up for twenty years - I must be due a long service award. Because I have purchased 2 cars through them they reflect customer loyalty with parts discount and special labour rates when servicing or repairing my car. A good all round team from the owner to the mechanic on the shop floor provide an excellent service. (not forgetting the admin team of course)

Always very good service with a smile

I used this garage because I have previously hired vans from them, and I learnt that they are authorized to service Hyundai. The first time I hired a van from them they helped me out of a tricky situation because another Van Hire Company let me down at short notice. In both circumstances, van hire and vehicle repairs, I have found their level of customer service very high, and I am thinking of switching to them for my annual vehicle service as from the next service.

Excellent service, even gave me a lift home while they carried out work after an MOT failure.
