My MINI is a driving tuition vehicle and it is important to me to have repairs done almost on an 'instant' basis. On 4th April I took the car to Willow at about 10am with clutch problems. No appointment booking had been made. The car was returned within 48 hours having been fitted with a complete new clutch assembly including new fly wheel and ancilliary parts. One part was 5 days quoted BMW delivery, but Willow Motors found one in the UK and had it delivered to them via 'same day delivery' service to allow the job to be finished quickly. Their prompt service has saved me from losing £1500 income. And they gave me a discount on the repair as well. This is not the first time Willow Motors have 'pulled out all the stops' for me, and I shall continue to use and recommend them for many years to come. Thank you Chris, Maureen and Team.
