The manager and some staff have been at Windway for a long time - continuity is important. It engenders trust in their advice and judgement and in the Company. On this occasion they completed some extra work without charge owing to the spare wheel's incompatibility with the wheel trim - a delight for this customer!

The mechanic ran over the road to a separate independent repair garage to ask for assistance. The mechanic from the other company came and helped out and repaired the mechanism free of charge (even though it tool 20 mins of his time). It went beyond typical customer service. Great company!

When i arrived,the manager Lee discussed why i wanted a particular brand of tyre and asked how many miles a year i drove and the type of roads that i drove on. Based on the information i gave,he recommended a "cheaper" brand of tyre which would be more suitable.This resulted in me saving almost £100.00 on the initial price that i had agreed over the phone ! In this day and age it is amazing to find a garage who look after the customers interests and don't try to rip them off. I will be going there again and telling my family and friends about the excellent service.
