If your enquiry or complaint relates to a service or repair carried out to your vehicle by a code subscriber you can submit your enquiry/complaint to the Code Advisory and Conciliation Service by completing the enquiry form or calling our consumer advice line on 0800 692 0825.

Our team will answer any Code enquiry and aim to resolve any dispute covered by the Code.

If something goes wrong

The Code has a thorough complaints procedure in place should anything ever go wrong with service or repair work carried out to your vehicle, or should you ever feel that a subscriber has failed to comply with some other aspect of the Code.

In the first instance you should speak to the Subscriber’s Customer Relations Representative – it's a condition of the Code that they have one – who will in most instances be able to resolve your complaint.

If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Customer Relations Representative will advise you of your option to refer any dispute to the Code's Consumer Advisory and Conciliation Service, either by calling 0800 692 0825 or by submitting an online enquiry. Submit an enquiry

If your complaint cannot be resolved over the phone, your case may be referred to Conciliation.

Should Conciliation be unable to resolve your concerns the Code has in place an independent arbitration scheme, the outcome of which is legally binding on both parties.
